    Description

    This is an antique, or vintage, business card from Rochester, Minnesota. The front pictures a small hotel or boarding house. It reads: "THE GARDEN HOUSE - Louis Rousseau, Proprietor...PHONE - 7157...All New and Modern in Every Respect. Running Hot and Cold Water in Rooms. Free Baths...Board and Rooms per day, .50-.75...106 First St. S.E. - ROCHESTER, MINN." It does not have a date, but I would GUESS this was made circa 1910s to 1930s - give or take. It measures 4 & 3/8 inches long and is just under 2 & 1/2 inches wide. (Larger than a business card of today.) The condition is EXCELLENT. It has no writing, creases or pin holes. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
