Vintage Hotel Ritz Paris - Ashtray / Coaster - Nut / Trinket Dish in Excellent Condition.
This ashtray comes from the world's most luxurious hotels once described as having "the refinements a prince would have in his home."
It has been stored in an attic along with other memorabilia from world travels (see my listing of Egyptian Continental Cairo Hotel ashtrays)
The ashtray / coaster is made of white fine china - with purple crest and hotel logo - and a gold trim on rim that is bright and shiny - no signs of wear or patches of missing color.
It is in excellent condition, no crack, no chips, no flea bite's or crazing. It has one tiny raised pimple in the glaze on the topside, (see photo # 6 with indicator)
This world famous Hotel Ritz Paris is situated in the heart of Paris on Place de Vendome, minutes from Place de Concorde and the Eiffel Tower - in the 1st arrondissement - the classiest area in Paris.
This grand hotel built in 1898 has been home to high society, celebrities and film stars - over the decades.
It is a souvenir from  a world  of luxury and class.
The ashtray /coaster is a prize item, perfect for a gift or for a collector of hotel memorabilia .
