This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is rubbing/scuffing to surface of paper, edgewear and associated corner wear, large points of creasing at top rear and light fold thru center of brochure, mild fading to paper whites, small points of blemish/smudging, wear along/about front right inset fold. Overall paper quality is good, clean/glossy, with good preservation of full-color graphics and sharp black print. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
The guide measures approx 9" x 3.75".
