This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; there is mild rubbing/scuffing to surface of brochure, light edgewear and little associated corner wear, some fading to paper whites, small points of smudging (front center), and crease from fold in center of brochure with minor perforation at "spine." Overall paper quality is good, smooth/glossy, with good preservation of color images and sharp black type.
The brochure measures approx 4" x 7".
