This wardrobe costume is worn by the character Selina in Veep. This is a 00 MRSP Armani Sweater Scarf.
It is super soft, it is lightweight, but no tag (I think it might be Mohair). It has a slight pull on  the back if you hold up to light. It is not ripped or anything all the way through. You can not see it when you are wearing, just when you hold up to light.
