Shelburne Inc was the holding company for The Shelburne Hotel in Atlantic City. It is a unique certificate as this company name is rarely offered for sale & currently has no other offerings on any internet site. The historic hotel was built  & expanded over a 60 year period from the 1860's to 1920's. The structure was located at the corner of Park Place & Boardwalk in  Atlantic City. The site was placed on The National Register Of Historic Places. It was famous for its list of celebrity guests who called the Hotel home & became known as "Home Of The Stars". The guest list included Diamond Jim Brady, Lillian Russell, George M Cohan, Lilly Langtry, Ethel Barrymore  & numerous others. The Hotel fell on hard times during the depression, was never the same & was demolished in 1986
