    Famous Pioneer Club Vegas Vic Cocktail Lounge Napkin.. Vegas Vic logo was used by many Casino's in Las Vegas. The Pioneer Club was located at the corner of First & Fremont. The Pioneer Club opened in 1942 and closed 1995. This seems to be a very old napkin.
