Male Starfleet Buff Tunic from the 1st Pilot Episode: "The Cage" of
Star Trek: The Original Series
(Paramount TV, 1966-1969).
Vintage original buff velour tunic with long sleeves, each with 1" slit at cuff, and corded short standing collar. With 6" opening at upper right shoulder seam and a 1" separation at the left shoulder. All original thread is deteriorating. Left side is split to under the arm. Hem has come apart. Most separations are clean and have been sensitively, temporarily stitched. Exhibiting age and production wear with minor, even rubbing and fading.
