Our company bought this transfer belt for a client, and client decided to upgrade. This item was originally purchased from an HP vendor our company uses for genuine Oem products. This is New, not refurbished.
As you can see the box has some labels torn off, and cut out. This is how I received from my HP vendor.
I never opened the box to inspect, but this vendor has always provided us with OEM products, and has been trust worthy. There are marks on the box , but contents are fine.
I will re-box this item, for extra protection.
