This is a 100% brand new HP Intermediate Transfer Belt (ITB) for HP LaserJet Pro M1xx and M2xx series Color Laser Printers and All-in-ones. What you see is what you will get. Special tool (hook) not included.
This is a very hard to find but vulnerable part. It is NOT easy to change. You need special skill and time to remove it from your printer.
Replace instructions will be provided upon request.

are high-precision commodity and any improper operation or substandard handling will damage it.
Due to the nature of this product and many other factors that go into installing them, we do not accept returns on ITBs after it is installed and used.
Professional installation is recommended.
