The Woods Investment Company was organized in 1893 and was composed of Warren Woods, father and President, along with sons Frank Woods, Treasurer, and Harry Woods, Manager. Warren was a major player in the Cripple Creek mining district. By 1903, the company owned or promoted over 20 mining related businesses that supported all aspects surrounding the area such as power, water, land leasing, transportation among others.
Warren and Frank's autographs can be found along the bottom edge in the "secretary" and "President" signature fields.

with its age. Expected fold creases from posting. No major issues to note. No punch hole or cut cancels. Eye-catching elaborate header typeface / font that features reflective gilt / gold colored ink inset the "Gold" text - the embossed gold seal field is also printed in the same gold colored ink. Clean throughout.
Overall, in good to very good condition
