    Description

    Offered is a pair of lovely Double Florin, or 4/- coins, also known as the ‘Barmaid’s Misery,’ owing to their similar size to the Crown (5/-) but lower value, KM#763. These pieces represent both the date varieties available for 1887, namely Roman and Arabic '1s.' Both coins
    bear excellent detail, but both have at some point been cleaned. A great chance to nab both types of this first year for the issue! Please see photos for grade and details.
