    Les Douglas Autographed 3X5 Index Card Detroit Red Wings 1940-41

    Les Douglas spent parts of four seasons with the Red Wings as a center.  His career was interrupted by military service for two years (1943-44 and 1944-45), but he did play in 52 regular season games and had six goals and 18 points.  He was also a member of Detroit's Stanley Cup champs in 1943 when he had three goals and two assists in 10 games.
    I am listing a number of old time hockey players' autographs that have been part of my collection since 1970.  I purchased them from a collector who had gotten most of them in the 1940's and 1950's and many of the players signed when they were still playing minor league hockey before making it to the NHL.
