    THIS IS NOT AN EXACT FIT OT-506. IT CAME OFF OF A NEWER MACHINE. IT WILL REPLACE THE OT-506, BUT THE TABS DO NOT MATCH EXACTLY. It is the same exact size, but the the three tabs in the front will be removed. It still fits in the front and the two tabs in the rear of the tray hold it in place.  This is still a factory install and many sellers are using these. I have attached some pictures to show.
