    Parts are new - but not in original packaging.  Set is missing the x4 required poles to setup.  I would think these can be easily sourced at a local hardware store.  Get the

    .  Looks like holes would be needed to be drilled into the poles as well so the net can attach to them - its all the the included manual.  Easy job for any handy DIYer!  And you save big this way as well!
