If you receive an item that is not as described or just a mistake - do not fret! I will either replace the item (if its a stock item) or issue you a refund.

All opened box items are in like new condition. In most cases you'll hardly notice the difference between opened box items to the equivalent new items. Sometimes the product box does not meet the brand new item standard, but you will own a great product at a competitive price.

SHIPPING
I pay shipping on most items. If the item being shipped is Priority mail the item automatically includes up to 0 of insurance coverage. If the item value is over 0 additional insurance can be added, just send me a message after purchasing the item, stating you want insurance added on.
First class packages (anything under 1lb.)
DO NOT
include any type of insurance
. This has to be added when I purchase the shipping label. Again, just send me a message, stating that you want to add insurance.
I will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail if insurance was declined

: If you have moved please update your address with EBay, or PayPal. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to an old/wrong address. If you have had a change of address that hasn’t been updated contact me immediately, before I purchase & print a shipping label. USPS labels can take up to 2 weeks to void and reprint.

Please send me a message before opening a return request. Most issues can be resolved without opening a request.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the condition they arrived in.
The box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories must be returned.
Software, music, games, movies, food items (human or pet, opened or closed), are not eligible for return.
IF AN ITEM IS NOT RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED A FEE EQUALING THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN POSTAGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.
