HP ScanJet Slide Adapter

This is one of the items that I am in the process of putting back into circulation after a long sojourn of disuse.  From a smoke free home, kept out of the sun.  Wife says to sell it or take it to the dump.
The HP ScanJet Slide Adapter is a clever little triangle with a mirror that reflects the scanner light back down into a slide.  Although made for the HP ScanJet, I tried this with my Epson Scanner and it worked well.  The photos show a slide scanned on a transparancy flatbed scanner at 3200 dpi compared with the same slide scanned on an Epson All-in-One scanner using the ScanJet Slide Adapter.  You have to jump through some hoops to get the All-in-One to scan at 3200 dpi, but the results are not bad, a bit darker, as you can see.  Found this page with instructions on how to use it:  http://mikescamp.us/VisualTopic/orig/4ca_slid.htm
