This is designed as two 8 foot long modules, connected together to form an “L”.
Originally mounted on the wall of a small bedroom, and now rests on two rolling wire-frame serving carts. NOT INCLUDED.  With buildings removed it was enclosed with plywood and moved 600 miles...  so it is built 'tough'.
Buyer will have to devise own method of mounting layout in their designated room.
Layout dimensions are first module is 30 inches X 96 inches and second module of 20 inches X 96 inches. This layout was also designed for expansion on either end for mainline addition.
All scenery and track in pictures is included with any rolling stock viewed in pictures.  Track is PECO 100,  All hand-built turnouts have manual switch levers
This includes a functioning DigiTrax 100 system and Power Unit with two connection points on fascia and three controllers.  Plus all documentation for DigiTrax systems.
