    Fred Thurier Autographed 3X5 Index Card New York Americans (1940-41)
    D-1999
    Center Fred Thurier suited up for the Americans during their last two seasons in the NHL both as the New York and Brooklyn Americans in the '40-'41 and '41-'42 seasons.  He made a comeback with the 1944-45 Rangers and had his most productive season, scoring 16 goals in 50 games.  Overall, he had 25 goals in 80 games.
    I am listing a number of old time hockey players' autographs that have been part of my collection since 1970.  I purchased them from a collector who had gotten most of them in the 1940's and 1950's and many of the players signed when they were still playing minor league hockey before making it to the NHL.
