    Description

    This small serving dish in blue and ivory white was made by Societe Ceramique in Maastricht Holland (Netherlands) in the 1920's & 30's.  This region is the Dutch equivalent of the Staffordshire region of England.  It is part of the "butterflij" or butterfly series.  It's in very good condition for its age with no cracks, chips, repairs or crazing, only a few light scratches on the glaze.  This dish could be used as an appetizer tray or butter dish.
    It measures 9 1/2" long x 5" wide x 1 1/4" high and weighs 11.3 oz
