Sacred HayaGriva Healing Amulet "Trung-Wa":
Hava Griva is the wrathful manifestation of Chenrezig, (Avalokiteshvara) , the embodiment of all the Buddha’s compassion. This deity is well-known for his supreme power in removing obstacles and also for his healing power. Haya Griva, also known as Tamdin Yangsang, is the sacred deity or protecting deity of Sera Jey Monastery. These amulets are consecrated with innumerable Haya-griva Mantra Meditated by the monks of sera Jey Monastery over the period of few of months.
Devotion to and practice based upon Hayagriva is a swift and powerful means to overcome negative forces and obstacles. Prayers to Hayagriva are especially beneficial in these degenerate times when sufferings and illnesses are rampant due to the strong delusions of sentient beings. The principal cause of these illnesses is one’s negative karma, while the non-human entities (spirits) are precipitating the conditions. Wear this amulet and prevent these entities from harming you.

TRADITION :
Women should not wear this amulet during menstrual cycle. Traditionally Tibetans put this precious amulet into a silver/gold "GAU" encasing and wear them across the shoulder to minimize the wear and tear.  Rich people put these “trungva” in Golden casings with engravings and poor just use plain copper casings, but the value of the casing doesn't affect the strength of this "Tamdin Trung-Wa".
