Previously owned, some slight wear all still in good shape.

There is no manual however it has been tested.
The Jar Opener
works.
a. You hold the release button on top and pull the handle up.
b. You spin the grey base plate to open the clamps on the bottom, place the jar in the center and spin it in the reverse direction to close them tight on the jar.
c. Then hold the release button on top and slide the handle down.
d. Then hold the big blue button until the jar opens.
