    This certificate includes the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 144 'legend' at the top, which prohibits sale of the shares on an exchange, and are typically given out to company insiders - in this case Sigmund Hartmann - Holocaust survivor, and President of the former Atari Software division.
    History:
