A nice antique Columbia graphophone.  In overall good used condition.  Has some finish wear and mild surface oxidation overall.  Needs a belt.  The motor appears to run well.  There is no horn included.  Has the wooden case and crank.  No model plates, not sure if it ever had an.  Offered as-is for parts or restoration.  I think this may be a BK model.
