    Mozambique is in southeast Africa with almost 1500 miles of coastline on the Indian Ocean. It was a Portuguese Colony until 1975. The nation's tropical splendor is matched by this GIANT-SIZED 1934 5 Esterlina or Pound bank note printed entirely in Portuguese.
    Exquisitely engraved by Bradbury, Wilkinson (London) it is indisputably one of the most beautiful pieces of currency in the world. Included with the 5 Esterlinas will be a 1933 20 Centavos note that is also very ornate and engraved in blue, yellow and green.
    Both notes are in exceptionally crisp condition. The 5 Pound note is approximately Extra Fine while the 20 Centavos is Uncirculated. May have a very faint trace of edge tone.
