    This is a high quality, authentic looking copy of a stock certificate.  It is from the Mexican Power and Development Company.  It is for 5 shares that were issued to TH or JH Phelps I think.  They sold for 0 a share when this was signed in August of 1902, 04, or 07.  I am not sure what the number is for sure.  In a frame it would look like the real thing.  It is very ornate and is numbered 32.
