    Offered here is an original advertising card for The Sunnyside Inn located in Manitou Springs Colorado, which is located at the foot of the famous 14,110 ft. Pike's Peak. The Sunnyside Inn was a historic hotel/boarding house built by Captain W.H. Rogers in 1882 and demolished in the late 1980's. A great display piece of Colorado hotel history, measures approx. 4.50" x 2.75". Thanks for Looking!
